The October weather in the Munich area is variable. After morning haze it is often sunny with 15 - 20°C. Evenings and in the night, the temperature falls significantly and may even freeze. Thus, you should be prepared for temperature changes and a light rain shower. This is no problem, because the meeting is absolutely informal, you can live on-site, and you should wear what makes you feel most comfortable and may well take a "tie-break"!
