The opening reception will take place Wednesday noon 14th of October 2009. From Thursday 15th to Saturday 17th October 2009 we will have plenary lectures, short lectures and poster sessions. An excursion is planned on Friday 16th October.

Excursion

We will offer an excursion to see part of the Bavarian beauty, history and life style. This is scheduled for the afternoon of 16th October (Friday). You will have the opportunity to see "Weltenburg", the oldest Monastery in Bavaria,

have a boat trip on the Danube river,

and see the "Hall of Freedom" in Kehlheim.

Participation in this event is included in the symposium package.

Symposium Dinner

At the end of the excursion we will have our symposium dinner in the oldest wheat beer brewery of Bavaria the "Weisses Brauhaus Kehlheim". Enjoy Bavarian hospitality.

Cathedral of Freising

Just stepping out of the symposium venue you can walk inside the gorgeous Cathedral of Freising (Freisinger Dom). Don´t be "fooled by the simple exteriour. It is absolutely beautiful inside and freshly renovated.

We will try to arrange a guided tour for those interested.

Munich

Stay longer. There is so much to see in Munich and its surroundings. It is a gift to live here. Ask us for prolongation of your accomodation arrangement when submitting the registration form.
